Shipping and payment terms

Terms of payment: Payment in advance and Paypal 

As soon as you carry out a standard bank transfer with IBAN and BIC, our house bank will charge a fee of 10.00 euros. Please make sure that the checkbox “Costs will be borne by the recipient” is checked, or use a different payment system. Unfortunately, without compensation for the fees, we cannot ship an order.




Package up to 31.5 kg (max. 120 x 60 x 60cm): EUR 4.95 Shipping: 

Within Germany, all orders are sent to you with DHL!


All packages are insured and can be tracked using the tracking number. 

Packaging material: 

We make sure to minimize the use of plastic as packaging material and rely on paper and cardboard.
 For larger packages, bubble wrap or something similar may be used. These come exclusively from reused sources.



Fillings/Containers: 

Fragrance oils up to 100ml are filled in brown bottles that are protected against external light influences.
Larger containers are filled in aluminum and plastic containers. 

Re-shipment: 

If “incorrect address details” are provided, the packages cannot be re-shipped free of charge. Shipping costs will apply again.
